The 24” shelving from Monkey Bars are designed to be used in larger garages.  The shelf provides a large wide open surface with no frame restrictions.  It is designed to maximize the wasted space up high in a garage.  The shelves will always hold strong for whatever you want to store, so stacking boxes or totes is not a problem.  The 24” shelf has 10 holes for sliding in multiple Monkey Bars. The 24” shelf is preferred when there is a need for large amounts of hanging items in a garage.

//Specifications

The Monkey Bar dealers are trained to design a custom garage storage system that will best fit your specific needs.  Your dealer uses special tools and training to find electrical wires, and other utilities, so there is no concern, when the shelves are installed deep into center of the 2”x 4” wood studs.  The shelves can be installed into brick or concrete.  The typical installation of a Monkey Bar System will be completed in just 3 to 4 hours.

• The 24” shelving are secured to the wall using 3/8”x 2 1/2” lag screws.
• The 24” shelving is rated at 1,000 lbs. for every 4’ of shelf.
• The shelving is 24 1/2” deep from the wall
• The shelving material is 3/4” melamine with white laminate on both sides.
• The shelving framework is made entirely of industrial steel.
• There is a 5/8” lip on the front of the shelf to keep things from sliding off.
• All metal parts are powder coated for a long lasting finish.
• The shelving are reinforced on the back side with supports attached to the studs between the main shelf brackets.
